Job Title: Lead DSP

Location: Sandy, OR

Salary Range: $55k-$65k

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Hybrid

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)? Do you have experience as a DSP and a desire to mentor others? If so, we want you on our team!

As our Lead Direct Support Professional, you'll guide new team members through onboarding and provide ongoing mentorship to help them succeed. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where staff feel supported and individuals we serve receive the highest quality care.

What You'll Do:

  • Mentor and coach DSPs to build confidence and skills.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs that reflect our mission and values.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records using tools like Therap and Paychex Flex.
  • Collaborate with program managers to customize training for different service settings.
  • Help shape a positive team culture focused on person-centered care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a DSP.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with IDD services and person-centered practices.
